I would like to bring a tent for shade but i dont want to get a ticket for it. Its not for overnight camping use, only day use for a few hours.
Answer
Phone the Sheriff, lifeguard or whoever runs the beach and ask them. I can't imagine it would be a problem during daytime. But a tent gets hot inside. Better to pitch a tarp.
Am i allowed to bring a small tent to the beach in southern california?
