what should i bring to the beach?

MissCupcak

me and my mom are going together on tues.
we're going by bus so we cant take a tent or umbrella.
so what can i bring?
i only wana bring one bag.
im 16 and i was wondering if i should bring my ipod touch ? or would the heat destroy it?

Answer
Since you can't bring tent or umbrella, you should prepare an extra effective sunblock to avoid sunburns. Sunglasses and also at least a mat for you to lie down against the sands.

Beach list?

I am throwing a birthday party for a group of 14 year old girls. I thought a photo scavenger hunt around the beach would be fun, but I need some cool ideas for clues and objects/people to find. Please HELP!
Its going to be on the beach

Answer
i know this is gonna kind sound kinda stupid, but is it going to be at the beach, or just beach themed??
but if it is going to be at the beach, several suggestions would deffinitely be a sand castle, surfer(male and/or female), an older couple, tent/umbrella
these are just starters, im sure you will think of more, especially if you go to the beach prior to the party

What would you bring with you to the beach?

If you were going to the beach what are your summer must haves?

What are you most likely to forget to pack up?

Answer
i lived for over 20 years in tropical north Queensland Australia and spent every winter at the beach...i suggest that you take....

a new bottle of high protection suncream...

a few big and thick beachtowels...

at least two bottles of water...one for drinking and one for rinsing your face when you get out of the water after a swim...

either a big beach umbrella, or even better is one of those tents that you can set up on the beach...they offer better shade and have pegs that will stop it from blowing away....

if you have long hair then get a spray bottle, fill it half way with warm water and then add some suncream and some hair conditioner and give it a good shake...this will protect your hair and acts as a great detangler once you have gone swimming...dont forget a wide tooth comb...

for yourself...some great sunglasses, some flipflops, a widebrim hat and a cute bikini that wont come off in the surf...

you may want a sun dress or something that you can easily slip on over your bikini if you are getting lunch at a restaurant on the beach...

have fun and enjoy the sunshine...be sure you put on your suncream before you go out in the sun and reapply every two hours...
