90's Reggae Song From Reggae-Dance CD Advertisement?

Q. You know how when a CD is being advertised on TV, they show you some music videos of the songs? Well there is this one reggae-dance type CD that was being advertised, and the song I'm looking for came out on it. The music video has a black man with glasses I think (I'm not racist) on a beach with a bunch of girls and flags around. I think there was tents too. The back-beat sounds very similar to "Uh-Oh" by Lumidee and "Get Busy" by Sean Paul. It's a 90's song..I think...or at least early 90's or late 80's. Thank you so much for your help you guys. What should i get my bf's little sister for her birthday?

My boyfriend's little sister is turning 5 and I'm not sure what to get her, any ideas? There's just so many options I am not sure what to get... whats like the new "popular" little kid toy? anything helps! thanks:)

Well, what does she like?

A lot of kids now enjoy computer or video games, so that is sure to be a hit, but I think you should get her something more active, especially since it's summer. I don't know what your budget is, but you could try a scooter, or an outdoor water toy. You could even get her a little tent for camping out.

EDIT: How about a big beach pail filled with fun beach toys, like a beach ball (deflated), sunglasses, a water squirter, shovel, and sand mold?
