ncaa beach tents image
chrgr
I have a birthday this Saturday, and would like to do something fun. I will be 25, and plan to have around 10-12 people about the same age. I don't want to go to a night club (everyone does it). I was thinking something more like camping/bbq someplace overnight, or rent a house somewhere for the night. (maybe Vermont?) Or spend the night in tents on the beach on Cape Cod (I don't know if there is one that allows it). Throw some ideas - I will appreciate it and anything will help.
Thanks.
Answer
I wouldnt go to P-town, but you could find some Cape campsites
http://www.capecodtravels.com/camping.html
or some nice resorts on the cape that you can get a room and have a party, I think it might be too late to arrange something but with this economy you never know
Ocean Edge- Brewster
www.Oceanedge.com
Chatham Bars Inn- Chatham

Also Red Sox are home against Atlanta Fri Sat and Sun but it would be tough to get 10 tickets.
There are clubs in Boston, but you dont want to do that
Maybe you all can go out to dinner somewhere
And I do like the Vermont/New Hampshire idea for renting a house
If you all like baseball, and dont want to go to the Red Sox, try the Cape Cod League. www.capecodbaseball.org
That is a summer league of top NCAA D1 talent, many of them go on to the majors.
Hope I helped and happy Birthday
