Any info on health clubs, activity centres, night life is appreciated.

Venk's has not seen Chennai Night Life may be. If you go to Adayar park on a friday/saturday night about 10 Pm , you will take atleast 1 hour to cross.

Seaward near Tiruvanmayur is very nice, you have ECR which has lots of attractions, Night life during week ends.
