I'd like to have my wedding on a local public beach. With this I wanted a tent and bar, etc. I know I would need to obtain a liquor license.. but I was wondering the rules about public beaches and what is and is not allowed.

I want to go camping but go through the hassle of getting a campsite, can I just pitch a tent on the beach (around cottage area) and stay the night?
