best tents beach camping image

When do they usually close for the season? My husband wants to go to Myrtle Beach for our 'summer vacation' but in September when it's a little cheaper. Will the waterparks or most campsite's outdoor pools and water attractions still be open?
If you know of any good places to stay in Myrtle beach (camping in a tent trailer with a toddler for under 30$ a night), that'd be a great help too.
Thanks!
Answer
There is a reason why it is cheaper in the off-season. It is the off-season. Consider where waterparks get cheap, temporary labor: students who are back in school during September. Family Kingdom closure date: September 4.
Myrtle Waves Water Park closure: September 6, 7, 8, 9, then open 10, 11.
Pirateland Campground: ~~$40 per night from September 6 to October 31.

Where is the best spot to beach camp in Oregon?
a e
I'm looking for a spot that's somewhat secluded, so as to avoid campgrounds and being kicked off the beach for illegal camping. Northern Oregon or Southern Washington Coast is preferred. Thanks!
Answer
I believe in Oregon you can pitch a tent anywhere along the Coast. No camp ground needed. The obvious Leave no Trace rules apply and a couple of other things. Check out the statement below that I found on this web site:

"Thanks to the wonderful Oregon "beach bill," you are allowed to pitch "a tent directly on the beach, but there are a couple rules you need to abide by. First, you cannot camp within view of a home or business and, next, you are strictly forbidden to camp adjacent to a Oregon state park. You may want to check with the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department for anything else you should know"
